Hello, I'm Carola, a 27-year-old Italian chemical engineer living and working in Eindhoven. Although my days are filled with science and research, animals—especially cats—have always been my greatest passion. Back in Italy, I have a beloved cat, Chanel, who is truly my everything, and being far from her has left a noticeable gap in my life. Becoming a cat sitter here in Eindhoven is my way of staying close to the feline companionship I miss so much. I’ve always been drawn to cats for their fascinating mix of independence and affection. I love how each cat has its own unique personality. There’s something incredibly special about the trust and bond you build with a cat over time. Their calming presence, gentle purrs, and quirky behaviors never fail to make me smile and feel at peace. Although I can’t have a cat of my own here at the moment, caring for other people’s cats brings me genuine joy and helps fill that emotional space with love and connection.
