I am currently studying and working a part-time job as a bartender. Cat sitting fits well into my schedule considering that I work evening shifts so my mornings and afternoons are quite free, and what's a better way to spend it than making some cats happy.

I will always discuss the rules and important points with the owner, noting them down for ease, considering that everyone has their own approach and routine. Personally, my cats are strictly indoors as that was stated from their previous foster family, so they are not allowed outside. Any sharp or breakable object, as well as anything that could be easily ingested, is removed from the surroundings reachable to the cats, creating a safe home environment. Fresh food, water and litter is of utmost importance during every visit, as well as engaging in playtime (if the cats feel like it). Lastly, whenever I meet new cats, I wait for them to approach me and never push any unwanted interaction. I believe every cat has its own personality and it takes time to build trust and comfort.

I appreciate clear and open communication about wants and needs, so that your feline friend can get the best possible experience. Whether that regards giving them oral medication or paying special attention to anything in particular, I will be more than happy to do so!

I will always entertain your cats with their favorite toys, providing an engaging and enriching environment, and treating them to a snack afterwards. A lot of cuddles are of course included, and brushing them if they allow me to. :)

Helloo :) My name is Marija, I am 23 years old and I come from Croatia. I recently obtained a Bachelor Psychology degree at the University of Groningen, and hopefully will continue my Master's degree here as well. As a nature lover, I often find myself enjoying the outdoors, especially with a good book in hand when the weather allows for it. My love and care for animals, particularly cats, has been a lifelong passion. I grew up with a cat and currently have a playful three-legged black cat back at home named Buffy, who I've cared for since 2020. I also have two adorable cats here in Groningen, Timon and Pumba, whom I've raised since their early months. I am a reliable and responsible cat sitter, who can easily adapt around your and your cat's schedule and needs.

They were so friendly and observant for my cat Mochi! Even vacuumed around the litterbox on the last day so I didn't come home in a mess. Also very patient in terms of his patterns and preferences. Would definitely book again if I need a catsitter!
Een fijne oppas. Wij hebben Marija voor de tweede keer gevraagd. De communicatie verloopt goed en we kunnen duidelijke afspraken met haar maken. Ze neemt de tijd voor onze twee poezen en verzorgt ze goed.
Een leuke oppas en het contact verliep heel soepel. Van beide kanten voor herhaling vatbaar. De communicatie via de app en de betaling verlopen ook prima. Top!!!
